Christmas Last Order Date
To ensure that we get your order to you before Christmas Eve, the last date we can recieve your order in time to pack it and send it to you is Wednesday 19th December. Orders placed after this date will still be sent, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Postage and Packing Charges within mainland UK
Stock permitting, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being ordered, to arrive with UK customers within seven working days and in most cases within 2 days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it comes in. Occasionally postage prices quoted on our website may not be sufficient to cover the actual postage cost selected by the customer. Mooch reserves the right to contact a customer should the postage be significantly more than the charge selected, and request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to packing and dispatching the order. Postage charges are free for orders over £40 to mainland UK addresses.
Standard Delivery via Royal Mail
Costs £4.00 per delivery address in mainland UK Monday to Friday only.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within the next three working days but we would ask you to wait up to 10 days before contacting us. We cannot class a parcel as lost or refund until 15 days after the due date of delivery due to Royal Mails standard terms and conditions for claiming.
Express 2 Day Delivery by courier (signed for)
Costs £8.50 per delivery address in mainland UK, Monday to Friday only.
This guarantees delivery of your order within two working days, provided we receive your order before 11am.

U.K. Standard Delivery
Having received a valid order before 11 am, moochstore will aim to dispatch your goods the same working day, or the following working day for orders received after 11 am. Orders received over the weekend (after midday on Friday) will be dispatched on a Monday.
Standard Delivery orders to UK mainland addresses are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Mail. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within three working day of dispatch but usually delivery is much faster and can be next day. We cannot give a specific delivery date when using Royal Mail.
Express 2 day Delivery
Orders sent via our Express 2 Day Delivery service will usually be dispatched on the date of order and will arrive within the next two working days by courier.
This applies to all orders placed by 11.00am, Monday to Thursday. You will need to sign for the delivery.
Any orders for Express 2 Day Delivery placed after 11am on a Thursday and up to 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday.

What happens if you are out when your order is delivered?
You have the option to send your order to whatever address you choose. We cannot arrange a specific time for delivery as this is out of our hands. Should delivery be attempted when you are out, Royal Mail or the Courier company will leave a card. You can then contact them to rearrange the delivery or to go to their nearest depot and collect the parcel yourself. If you do not rearrange delivery by phone or collect the parcel within 7 days, Royal Mail or the Couriers will return the parcel to us and we will then refund the order less the cost of the delivery charge.
We are trying to do our bit to cut down on waste and we like to recycle as much as possible. This may mean that your item may be delivered in a previously used box or jiffy bag. It will be loving packaged though and helps to save the environment!
Returning an Item
Returns and Refunds
We want you to enjoy your purchase and be happy with it but if for any reason you are not, items* in ‘as new’/'as supplied’ condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition. *We cannot accept back earrings for hygiene reasons. Shipping costs will only be refunded by moochstore if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)
Please email us before returning anything at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact page to obtain a returns authorisation number and instructions on where to return the item. Alternatively you can call 07763 102 916 or 01264 334001 and leave a message and we will contact you. We cannot accept returns unless you have a returns authorisation number.
Should Royal Mail or the Courier company attempt delivery when you are out, they will leave a card giving you the option of re-delivery or collection from their local depot or post office. Should you not collect the parcel within 7 days, Royal Mail or our Couriers will return the parcel to us and we will then refund the cost of your order less any delivery charge under our non-faulty returns policy.
moochstore uses PayPal to process transactions online. All products advertised for sale online are subject to availability. Your payment method will be debited at time of ordering regardless of current stock availability. This ensures that the stock can be allocated to an authorised transaction once available. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch, but you need to contact us as early as possible to enable the best chance of cancelling an order before it has left our premises. To cancel your order please email us via our contact page or call us on 07763 102 916 or 01264 334001. Please do not rely solely on e-mail to cancel an order, unless you have received a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has been cancelled.
If Your Order Is Delayed
If parts of, or your complete order, are unlikely to be delivered within 5 working days of your order being placed, we will do our best to contact you to let you know. If you have a query about an order delay, please email the address you were sent after ordering, quoting your order reference number and detailing the items you are still waiting for. We will then look into the delay as a matter of priority.
If Your Order is Incorrect or Arrives Damaged
moochstore tries to ensure that your goods arrive promptly and in good condition. If, however, your goods are damaged in any way, or they are the incorrect items, please contact us to return the goods to moochstore, and we will refund your postage and replace the items as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this may cause you.
Privacy and Security
moochstore takes your right to privacy very seriously. All credit card transactions are carried out over a secure server, and no card details are kept on file.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and/or those of Venda Limited (the company hosting this Site on our behalf). Any payment transactions will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
We do not store or have access to any debit or credit card details on the moochstore website. All online transactions are executed by Paypal, a secure third-party online transaction service provider. Their privacy statement can be viewed at www.paypal.com. You can also pay by Google checkout which is also totally secure.
